Path of the Pole
by Prof. Charles H Hapgood
Non Fiction, now back in print. Prof. Hapgood explains how Earth's poles have flipped positions many times. This is the culmination of Hapgood's extensive research of Antarctica, ancient maps and the geological record. This amazing book discusses the various pole shifts in Earth's history - occurring when Earth's crust slips in the inner core - and gives evidence for each one. It also predicts future pole shifts.

Maps of the Ancient Sea Kings
by Prof. Charles H Hapgood
Non Fiction, now back in print. Discusses the 1513 map by Piri Re'is which features prominently in The HAB Theory. First published in 1966, it was reprinted in 1997.

Allan W. Eckert confirmed these were all influential source material for The HAB theory.

I first read a borrowed copy of The HAB Theory in 1978. Since then I have lost count of the number of people who place it on their top 10 book lists.

When Amazon.com came online, I posted a personal review of The HAB Theory on Amazon.com and received some genuinely interesting E-Mail correspondence from all over the world. That level of interest lead to this site. HAB presents a great many mysteries that mainstream science couldn’t explain back then and still mostly ignores it to this day.

Allan W. Eckert’s character: Herbert A. Boardman (HAB), was based on a real person, an electrical engineer named: Hugh Auchincloss Brown. The real life HAB proposed and researched what we now know as the HAB Theory in his book: Cataclysm’s of the Earth. COE is long out of print.

In addition to "The HAB Theory" two non fiction books that inspired it are also back in print, and available again from all major booksellers: "The Path of The Pole" and "Maps of the Ancient Sea Kings" both by Professor Charles A. Hapgood

P.S. Movie rights to HAB were sold in 1998, just before the movies: "Armageddon" and "Deep Impact" hit the big screen.
