Scientist Confirms Allegations Of Harassment
Of American
Asylum Seekers

On April 11th, 2005, an historic
document was laid before a Special Sitting of the Federal Court of
Canada in Edmonton, Alberta. This document, a Form 255 "Request To
Admit" and its accompanying "Response To Request To Admit", were
filed as part an application by an American family to remain in
Canada as political refugees.
The Deppeller family (Don Deppeller, Toni Jannelli and
Louise White)
had made claims that they had been harassed and kept under
surveillance because of their awareness of highly-classified US gov’t. projects, and in a remarkable turn of events, their claims
were actually corroborated by one of America’s top scientists who
worked on these projects. - one Dr. Dan Burisch, Phd.,
H-6196-Maj-E-(ret.), who admitted to certain facts that have been
withheld from the public for over fifty years.
Judge Campbell, the sitting judge at this special hearing for the
Application for Judicial Review (which had been granted by Justice Beaudry in January) declined to even review these startling
documents. At the Deppeller family’s original hearing before the IRB
(Immigration & Refugee Board) in August, 2004, evidence of the
existence of the legendary
MJ-12 (Majestic) was provided, but after
initial review the IRB ruled that there being no public record of
its existence nor precedence for persecution by it, the claim was
found to "have no credible basis". In the accompanying explanation,
the IRB found that "although the Applicants are sincere in their
belief", the claims were too fantastical to believe, that there was
no public record on which they could rely on, and therefore ruled
against the Applicants.
In a body of nine facts, and an accompanying transcripted
conversation, Dr. Burisch states that yes, as a retired scientist
who previously worked for Majestic 12 as badge #H-6196-Maj-E(ret.)
that worked on the very important projects "Preserve Destiny",
"Aquarius", "Lotus", and "Preserve Mother", he was at the center of
efforts to help protect Earth and humanity under the shadow of a
Catastrophe that will allegedly occur "in the
2012 time frame", that
yes he was made aware by co-workers in Majestic of the surveillance
of the Deppeller family home in Washington, DC, and that indeed
there is a treaty between present human authorities and extraterrestrial peoples called the "Tau-9 Conference for the
Preservation of Humanity". Even now as this is being written the
American "applicants to immigrate" still face legal hurdles and the
cumbersome nature of the Canadian bureaucratic ’process’. Dr.
Burisch has kindly re-solemnized his oath to convert his admission
to a General Affidavit, honored in any tribunal or court of law the
Applicants are able to apply to.
The refusal of the court to even look at these documents is partly
due to the reluctance of the Canadian gov’t. to offend their
American neighbors, and partly due to the fact that this information
is by its very nature extremely explosive in its implications. It
challenges the current mainstream view of reality, and would compel
the average citizen to re-examine their place in not only this world
but the greater cosmos. Especially if the implications of the title
of the Treaty conference are taken into account.
On a more personal level, Dan Burisch comes to the aid of a friend
in need, and in so doing makes a wider gesture of love to humanity
by coming forward. This epic has yet to unfold to the public, but in
the coming days and weeks these documents will be seen for their
historic nature.

YOU ARE REQUESTED TO ADMIT,
for the purposes of this proceeding only, the truth of
the following facts:
1. You were made
aware by Mr. Deppeller that he and his family were
placed under surveillance, by persons unknown in
early 2002, and that such surveillance continued
until the Deppeller family moved to Canada in early
2003. You have personally heard allusions by
individuals with which you have associated, that the
allegations in the aforementioned statement are a
fact.
2. You have been allowed online (over the
internet, using text and webcam) conversations with
Don Deppeller, known by his public internet moniker
"DonDep", and other apparently similarly-interested
individuals, representing that they were from
various locations from around the globe. Said
internet personalities represented themselves as
separate individuals, giving the public internet
monikers: "Human Subject", "Boomerang", "Crackajack",
"PageMarker", "Seion9", "Harrdrawk", "WhiteRabbit",
(and others), at various times during 2003 and 2004.
3. The facts relevant to the subjects in this
document, as stated by you during the conversations
recalled at the time of signing this document were
then true and correct to the best of your knowledge,
and were not conveyed with the intention to deceive.
This includes the handwritten statement "For the
sake of humanity, tell the world".
4. You have been formally associated with the
group known as Majestic 12, since 1986, were
formally dissociated from the public on June 8, 2004
(then at the instruction of Majestic 12), and were
professionally dissociated from Majestic 12, albeit
under emeritus status, on March 21, 2005, at 05:00
hours (Greenwich Mean Time).
5. Some of the projects you have worked on
have been named "Preserve Destiny", "Aquarius",
"Lotus", and "Preserve Mother".
6. You state to the best of your belief that
some implications of these projects (listed above as
"5.") are of such a grave nature that, were the
general world human population to know the entirety
of the information contained within them, the
resultant reactions of portions of the present human
population may vary from "no reaction" to potential
"panic."
7. You have also been a party during the
negotiations of a treaty known as the "Tau-9
Conference for the Preservation of Humanity",
between present human authorities and certain
individuals representing themselves as
extraterrestrial peoples, with their origin alleged
to you as the star constellations "Reticulum" and
"Orion." You have had physical interaction with at
least one such extraterrestrial.
8. The normally required secrecy for these
issues, as a consequence of the gravity contained
within the aforementioned statement ("7."),
stipulated that individuals entrusted with such
relevant information - including yourself - must
swear a secrecy oath upon pain of death. You are not
currently under such an oath, the previous one
having been discharged by the issuing authority.
9. Individuals that receive such information,
from sworn agents of Majestic 12, but who have not
been sworn to secrecy - including the principal
Applicant - could possibly be subjected to many
forms of harassment, by non-Majestic agencies that
have been requested or otherwise authorized by that
group.
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO ADMIT,
for the purposes of this proceeding only, the
authenticity of the following documents:
1. The copy of a
transcript of an online chat believed dated on or
about November 13th, 2003, between yourself and Don
Deppeller. You can personally account for that
portion of the transcript, as attached to this
document.
Attached to this request is a copy of each of the
documents referred to above. (Where it is not
practicable to attach a copy or where the party
already has a copy, state which document is not
attached and the reason for not attaching it.)
YOU MUST RESPOND TO THIS
REQUEST by serving a response to request to admit in
Form 256 prescribed by the Federal Courts Rules WITHIN
20 DAYS after this request is served on you. If you fail
to do so, you will be deemed to admit, for the purposes

which side is which, which is good, and why the PTB are
hiding the truth about ET from us. Many of our fellow humans
may be stunned with the realization of ET as more than a
myth, but the rest of us have been dumbed-down for so long
we need a collective exclamation to wake up to the Creator,
