Starpeople: The Sirian Redemption was named Finalist for the 2002 Independent Publishers' Award (IPPY) for Visionary Fiction

Starpeople: The Sirian Redemption was named as one of two finalists for the 2002 IPPY Award for Visionary Fiction. The sixth annual award ceremony was held at BookExpo America 2002 in New York.

The Independent Publisher Book Awards, launched in 1996, are designed to bring increased recognition to the deserving but often unsung titles published by independent authors and publishers. Established as the first awards program open exclusively to independents, nearly 800 "IPPYs" have been awarded to publishers throughout North America.

Book One of the Starpeople series, The Sirian Redemption is a spiritual adventure which focuses on ordinary people who must come to grips with alien encounters and their destiny of helping humanity make a leap in consciousness.

"... fabulous ... a real page turner!"

Nicol Wachter, Editor, Daytona Sun Times

"With this book, Linda Tuck-Jenkins firmly establishes herself as one of the best transformative fiction writers of today. The book claims to be fiction yet I wonder if it isn’t prophecy. … I couldn’t put it down …."

Michael Peter Langevin, Publisher, Magical Blend Magazine

"... a terrific read that blends fact, science fiction and New Age concepts with cliff-hanger suspense and a rollercoaster ride of a plot!"
